About this site

Roomz Renting Notes Malaysia is a small demonstration site run by the team behind Roomz, a rental listing platform for rooms, whole properties and car parks. It is deliberately simple: five pages of static HTML, no accounts, no cookies and no scripts.

Why it exists

The site is used to check how a plain, static website is crawled and indexed, as a reference point alongside larger applications. The content is real and written for renters, but it is a short introduction and not a full guide.

What it is not

Nothing here is legal or financial advice. Tenancy practices differ between landlords, and the rules that apply to stamping and deposits can change. Check the current position with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser before signing.

Contact

Questions and corrections are welcome through the contact form on the main Roomz website at my.roomz.asia.
